Barrel ageing : Over 24 months in wooden barrels of French Allier and Slavonian oak the size of 50 hl.
Bottle ageing : 12 months at least.
Cellar potential : Over 10 years.
Colour : Ruby red with crimson shades when young; mellow orange hints appear in older vintages.
Aroma : Deep, long-lasting violet and dog rose hints.
Taste : Well-balanced and pleasandy full-bodied. Tannins are robust and sweet at the same time.
Pairing : Poultry, veal spare ribs and feathered game.
Serve at : 16°C.
