Total acidity : 6 gr/lt.
Barrel ageing : Over 36 months in wooden barrels of French Allier and Slavonian oak the size of 50 hl.
Bottle ageing : 12 months at least.
Cellar potential : Over 15 years.
Colour : Vivid crimson when young, orange shades appear on older vintages.
Aroma : Fine with traditional licorice, violet and tobacco hints.
Taste : Powerful and mighty, elegant tannin with prolonged persistence.

Serve at : 16°C.
