Vineyards : Produced with grapes coming from the estate “I Bricchi” located on the border between Castel Rocchero and Acqui Terme. The vineyards range from 350 up to more than 400 meters above sea level and are mostly facing South-West.
Grape variety : 100% Dolcetto. Acqui DOC embraces a small area around Acqui Terme including 23 municipalities. The soil is largely made of clay and the average altitude of Alto Monferrato originates wines with remarkable acidity and freshness.
ABV% : 12.5%.
Total acidity : 6 gr/lt.
Tank ageing : 12 months in stainless steel tank.
Bottle ageing : 6 – 12 months.
Cellar potential : Over 5 years.
Colour : Vivid ruby red turning into purple.
Aroma : Fresh wine, slightly intense with wild berry notes.

Serve at : 16°C.
