Vineyards : Produced with grapes coming from the estate “I Bricchi” located on the border between Castel Rocchero and Acqui Terme. The vineyards range from 350 to more than 400 meters above sea level and are mostly facing South-West, soil composition of clay with low percentages of sand.
Grape variety : 100% Timorasso.
ABV% : 13% – 13.5%.
Total acidity : 6.5 gr/lt.
Tank ageing : 6 months minimum.
Bottle ageing : 6 months minimum.
Colour : Deep straw yellow with golden hints.
Aroma : Warm and intense with notes of ripe, yellow fruits. Mineral parts are persistent and easy to spot.
Serve at : 10-12°C.

Bottle : Bordolese bottle with exclusive Scarpa logo embossed on logo.
A perfect spot to make elegant, delicate Barolo wine, the town of La Morra is on the Northern border of the Barolo production area, divided from Alba and the Roero by the river Tanaro.
South-East facing Roncaglie vineyard is located in 300 metres above sea level.
