Vineyards : Produced with grapes coming from the estate “I Bricchi” located on the border between Castel Rocchero and Acqui Terme. The vineyards range from 350 up to more than 400 meters above sea level and are mostly facing South-West, soil marked by loam with balanced percentages of clay, silt and sand.

ABV% : 13% – 14%
Total acidity : 6 gr/lt
Barrel ageing : 12 months in large French Allier oak barrels
Bottle ageing : 12 months at least
Cellar potential : 8 – 10 years
Colour : Ruby red rurning into light crimson
Aroma : Intense and delicate, reminds of violet
Taste : Very dry with its traditional tannin when young; over the years it acquires special balance and harmony
Serve at : 16°C
